I bought very beautiful book "Glass Bead Trip" by Claudia Trimbur-Pagel. First, I tried to make a bead with dog face on it :-)

It is not nearly as good as Claudia's beads, but I like them and I'll keep working :-)

 

Mary Lockwood work is awesome and I am totally amazed by her work. Will always be a huge fan of hers.

I bought tutorial from Sarah Hornik. I like it a lot. Instructions are very clear and lots of great pictures.

We spent three beautiful weeks in Italy. And I visited Murano. It was very inspiring!

I am in love with DX Arke :-) So far, it is the most beautiful silver glass I tried. It turn in green with mother of pearls shine, very beautiful! Pictures did't show it, unfortunately.

My first attempt to use silver glass

I am participating in "Press game" at www.lampworketc.com. The rules are easy, you got press to try, use it for one month and then send it to other person. I got myself a Zoozii small diamond press, and here some of my experiments.

I can not say what I am happy with my results so far, but I will keep trying :-) 

Who needs small bowl with water?! No, to have a good drink, one needs a lot of water:-)

I bought lentil press from Corina Tettinger about month ago and I must say it is very easy to use, especially for beginner. I've been using it almost every time I am at the torch and I love it.
Here 3 beads I call them "candy beads", I like how they came out.
Orange one have mate finish, because I etch it, and now it feels like beach glass.
